Mothers’ Support Group: new date/time – same place!

It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly 5 months since we started this group! What a lovely group of new moms and moms-to-be have shared with us, and each other the ins and outs of life with a newborn!

We are happy to announce that Birthful and Beautiful Birth Choices will continue to offer this FREE weekly Mothers’ Support Group!  We’ll still meet at the Lutheran Church of Concord in Greece, but the new day and time is Tuesdays, from 10:30 pm to noon. Moms with babes in arms (up to 6 months or so) or even still pregnant are welcome to join us as we discuss topics that will support your journey through those first months.

Support is one of the key pillars to a healthy pregnancy and postpartum! Come and join us, and share this with the expectant and/or new moms in your life!

Birthful & BBC Mothers’ Support Group

Every Tuesday, from 10:30 – noon
at the Lutheran Church of Concord (485 Holmes Road Rochester, NY 14626)

(The church is located directly behind Greece Ridge Mall, just off of Long Pond Rd.)

Breastfeeding Reasons:

Day 31: It’s what breast are for!

Day 30: Breast milk lowers risk of baby developing asthma and protects against respiratory infections

Day 29: Formula feeding increases chances of your baby developing allergies and ear infections

Day 28: Your child’s palate will expand

Formula always tastes the same. Breastmilk’s flavor changes depending on what you eat, and will make your  baby more apt to try and like different flavors as he or she grows Read more
