Birthful and Beautiful Birth Choices are excited to announce that we will be starting a FREE weekly Mothers’ Support Group!  Moms with babes in arms (up to 6 months or so) or even still pregnant are welcome to join us as we discuss topics that will support your journey through those first months.

Support is one of the key pillars to a healthy pregnancy and postpartum! Come and join us, and share this with the expectant and/or new moms in your life!

Every Monday, starting Monday, January 7th 9:30 – 11:30 am
at the Lutheran Church of Concord (485 Holmes Road Rochester, NY 14626)

(The church is located directly behind Greece Ridge Mall, just off of Long Pond Rd.)
